Hello friends iam reviewing my personal experience with idea mobile operators.
They are not giving me offers, my friend is also using idea sim but he have better offers than mine. I called customer care and they told me that my sim should be 90 days old. But my sim was only 70 days old. Time passed and my sim became more than 90 days old, but still iam not getting valid offers. I complained them 3 times and they didn’t take any actions.
Another problem that I faced is range problems, iam living in a town area but still iam not getting enough range.
I never support this operators and iam going to port my sim.
