Im an idea customer for 4 years. At the starting time they provided me best and cheap data plans and other offers. But then they started to cheating me when I recharge a data plan for a month they will cut my plan in 25 days and when I contact customer service for the complaint they said that I have already done another data plan that’s why they cut the previous plan and they are unable to mention or prove the problem. Sometimes their network is temporarily gone for hours. They provide advertisements of offers that is unbelievable and if we recharge it they will trap us.
