I have been using idea for more then 10 years and I like it’s service.
It provide good service then it’s competitors like airtel and vodafone. The best part of it is that it provide full talk-time recharges for small amounts like 29 and 40 rupees. Also it has good signal strength in cities but signal quality is poor in villages. While using idea I have never faced call drop like problem that I have faced while using other service providers service. Also it has a good customer support. Customer care executive will provide you the solution at the earliest. But there are some demerits also like it generally provides unlimited pack at cost higher then others(jio). Also the bad part of it is that it does not provide 4g all over india. The net speed is not so good.
