Very poor service & response from service provider

Idea customer care people, when we call, do not have manners to respond, they do not empathize, they do not answer relevantly.


And this service provider, in spite of saying they value their customers, do not complete their duties properly.


In spite of repeated mails and mobile conversations (20-25 times each), they have failed to provide the required service in case of this number.


We have now decided to just junk this number with sim and ignore all calls or bills in relevant to this.


An application has been given on 01-07-2012 at marathalli outlet (your can refer to the chain mail below) to churn this particular number, still they don’t have minimum responsibility to process it further.


We have cleared bill till day (01-07-2012) with an excess amount of Rs.14 (dunno charged for what reason). We have document proof for this(receipt). We were told that this would be done within 24 hours.


When I was told by CC on 04-07-2012, that this request has not been processed further, I have sent a mail communique for the same request and De-activation of this number.


they have promised me that this would be done latest by EOD of 06-07-2012. (Today is 11-07-2012 for  info. ) Still this has not been done.


Earlier, I filed minimum of 12-15 requests to correct the settings of this particular number which is not compatible with my mobile handset. they have been an utter failure.


Which has forced me to go for a cancellation. they have been a failure in that also..


I am hereby mentioning clearly  that no bills / calls / any notice hereby not entertained in further relevant to this mobile number. We will not clear any bills for this number.


I am repenting deeply for choosing Idea Network and never in future would go for this network neither would I recommend this network to anyone.
