Keeping away from them is a good idea!

I have been using the Idea post-paid connection for the last two years. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service.


There is always some problem from day one and they hardly ever resolve the problems. It is almost impossible to get connected to their customer service number as it is always busy. There is no point also - The customer service people are unprofessional, rude and sometimes stupid. Each time you call them, you get a different silly explanation but they don’t resolve your problem.


Sometimes they don’t send the bill. Last month, I called them atleast 8 times and sent them email also for the bill. But they have not sent the bill yet. But they promptly restrict the services for non-payment of the bill which they can’t send! The customer is always made to suffer for their inefficiency.


The voice quality of the call is also poor. Sometimes there is network congestion and dropped calls. All in all, it would be a good idea not to subscribe to them.
