Hii, am mangesh. Am share you my personal experiance about idea mobile operator. When im use a cellphone the first sim card I use that is idea sim. Because when I was in 8th that day my father give me phone to play games. But I am use youtube in that because without buffring I watch video. That time I will decide a idea sim was a very awesome and strong network. Where are you going, like urban, rural, small villages, all time you give powerfull network . Customer service was very nice in idea company. One problem I was face in last 2 month ago. My balance was cut automatically with out any reason then I will call to the idea customer care then they give positive responce to me, actully because of my fault balance was cut, my little bro use internate with out data planning. But the customare care treet me very nice, thank to them. Now a days I use a 347 rs plan for my idea network. It gives very nice service like unlimited calling, unlimited data ( 1gb limit) . Also billing charges was little bit costly but your service was more that that. I like idea network. Thank you.
