I am using this network from last 2 years.
I am using post paid service from this idea network.
In my experience , getting good signals in rural area also from this network. On my business tours I have to travel in rural places , in that time also I dont get bad signals compare with other networks.
For 2 months I have charged 120/- for no reasons
When I called customer care , they give the reason , it is for paid apps which I clicked & downloaded.
I said , I didn’ t do that , they asked me check that apps details , after that I unsubcribe those apps which noticed , after that charges are stopped now.
