First of all if you expect some level of service from seeing all the ads and the product literature you will get total disappointment. Neither it provides a satisfactory performance nor the continuous service.
There product literature doesnt reveal what they offer. its just a colored picture.Poor speed... At times if you are lucky enough you may get to see 20 kB/s else its in the range of 4 to 10 kB/s.Connection gets logged in most of the time irrespective of the data transfer speed.
Not at all fit for serious usage.Inspite of reading all the negative reviews and comments I did venture with the foolish idea of buying a Netsetter device paying full amount and its a total loss. I never expected such a poor service. If you too want to commit the same mistakes you may get one device.
Customer support is pathetic. They dont understand what service they are providing. They dont even try to understand what customer woes are.
