The Idea Netsetter was the first dongle I purchased around 6 years ago.
And so far, it has turned out to be a thrilling experience surfing the internet.
When I was purchasing, the retailer told me that ony the Idea SIM would work effectively with the netsetter because of its brand.
I bought it keeping in mind that I would be using only an Idea Sim.With the Idea network, there is absolutely no problem.You can easily browse through net and if it’s 3G speeds, nothing better than that!Seeing the success with Idea sim.
I thought of trying another company’s network.And it worked!There was(& is) no lag while accessing the internet, be it Airtel, Docomo or any other network.It picks up quite well and there isn’t any issue with the netsetter.
The ISP support is fantastic on this device.The overall built-in quality of the device is very good.You can easily open up the cover and insert the Sim without any hassles. It could have been better if a SD card slot too had been provided.Also, the indicators are very responsive.For 2G networks, the LED turns green, wheras for 3G Networks, it goes dark blue.For medium speeds, it goes light blue.Sometimes, the connection has went off while operating, but that is like 1 in thousand times.Overall, the working is faultless.I would recommend this netsetter to any new buyer.
