Idea has best coverage in kerala so normally they have the best 3g speeds in netsetter and phone.I have both and getting around 1.2 megabytes per second ( note difference between bits and bytes) download speed in download manager and torrent very consistantly and all day around with decent coverage.That translates to around 10 mbps as per idea.
Only thing bad about idea is their price.Idea cause heavy damage to wallet.2 gb plan cost around 700.Hope after 4g coming the idea aggressive high price come down .Another annoying issue with idea netsetter - cannot use another idea sim in the data card.It will show contact customer care . Then we have to give the datacard to customer care and they will setup your datacard for the new idea sim.Really anoying. My thinking was I could use any idea sim any time in this idea netsetter but oops.Now I think it was a huge waste of cash as I can have open market dongles at cheaper rates that can run any sim not only idea sim.
