Guys as u m also frustrated customer of idea netsetter. but I am happy now. u know y? coz I have save my money...I have unlocked it. n now I m using bsnl 3g sim on 2g plan of 274 unlimited. in it with superb speed of above 1mbps+speed
it’s not a great deal to have a 2g speed. with rs 750 unlimited recharge n max speed is 236Kbps.
it’s better to invest on 3g on same price.

on this unlocking site entre ur imei no. and press on calculator tab and get the unlock code. after getting unlock code
Just remove ur idea sim from ur idea netsetter and change it with other service provider like airtel aircel etc what ever u like. then replug ur modem to computer it will ask u for unlock code enter the code without mistake. bcoz it will give u only 3 chance to unlock it without mistake so do it carefully.once u Unlocked it. It will never ask u for codes
y don’t we try to get a dongle /modem from any store or use a bsnl 3g sim in it with unlimited plan of bsnl 3g.
As per speed the recharge value is also comfortable for our pocket just pay rs 1500 for 30day, 2000 for 60 days n 2500 for 90 day and 4200 for 6month unlimited with minimum speed of 900kbps
i think it’s great idea to have a idea data card in low rate’s like second hand n unlock it n use 3g service which is really fast

n idea have also disappointed me with their customer care repersentative. What a bullshit guys yaar I think they r not well qualified for job, n the idea company give them job for low payment.
is there anyone who can make a call from idea netsetter device(modem)) and activate a pack of caller tune..
what a Noobs they have in their company yaar the customer care guy told me that I have copy caller tune through active call by pressing * button.as we know that we can’t make call through idea netsetter device we can make call to csr only with the help of mobile handset .and they told me I have activated caller tune by pressing * and ya they activate a video pack also I don’t know any thing about that video pack but when I told them to deactivate that plan and refund my money then the csr said that we r sorry it’s not possible to refund u coz these service is activated by your side so we can only stop it and after that I have lost my rs200 without any use.
