Idea is bakwaas, only ullu banaying. I have been duped by Idea wifi people. Idea salesman promised me if I would pay in cash I will get immediate connection. I was insisted to pay in cash rs 1274 for immediate connection.
Initially they even checked with demo but later said not feasible. I applied on Feb 26, but till date no connection, nor refund of my money. I even once visited idea office in Sharda center pune, but all in vain. I wonder such a big company and they fool people like this.
I am planning to file a case now. Name of salesman: Sudhir 8149532491
Also I talked a Manager named (Abhishek) who handles these issues, who promised but hasn’t refund my money till date.
