I’ve been using ideas broadband Wifi from last 3 months and using plan of 2mbps with FUP of 15gb.Speed is very decent as promised.
I get downloading speed of 260kbps which good.But from last week internet is down.Showing limited in windows.
Called customer care they told engg. will come and see the issue.
Eng didn’t come I was calling customers service for 8 days and they kept saying engg will come.
After 8 days engg came.
