I a using IDEA broadband since last 1 year+. I am not satisfied but not also di-satisfied with the service.
I have plan of 600 rupees in which it give me 10GB with 2MBPS speed and after that unlimited 512 KBPS. I know other has beeter option but I have not switched yet as I have limited usage and also due to my lazyness.
I have selected IDEA as for my society they have given free installation. But I think very soon I will try with different vendor as well.
Overall I am comfortable with current service but expect to get more in the same price range.
