Idea cellular network is very costly network. I hate one of these that idea have a bad customer service. its condition worsened after the arrival of reliance jio. I think The idea is one of very costly network in villages of India. When you contact idea’s customer care, you don’t get any satisfactory answer from idea’s customer. and I think The company whose customer service is poor, does not have any good services. so I would advice that never to use idea cellular service, otherwise you will regret later.
