Worst experience of idea postpaid service 1. Fake big promises at purchase time 2. No answer on their complaint no 198 even hours of holding calls 3. Wrong billing in my case I was get idea postpaid connection before 2 years in cug plans it’s 449 monthly rentles but after launching unlimited plan I upgraded in to 499 after they promise to discount in rental and more gb of data ( because of compete with airtel plans which I conversation to customer care) so they are ready for that but it’s already 4 months gone still I had not get any promise benefits and even complain to customer care they give one more promise even they can’t port out from their network every time I generate UPC code they closed it I horribly tired from this please don’t buy idea it’s bakwas
