Most annoying service provider and slow 3G Connect

As I had previously highlighted the problem faced by Idea customer are unlimited.


I would remind the problem caused by Idea cellular


Though they claim the internet is 3G, the speed is like 2G it is not even 1Mbps and moreover this comes with frequent interruption and this issue persists despite repeated request to customer care to solve this issue.


Unintentionally VAS(video service) was activated and as this was not requested by me but was activated I got alarmed as I will be billed unnecessarily and did not like to have another headache besides other headache for being Idea customer so I requested customer care last month(in 22nd March 2015) to deactivate the service but I was surprised despite request to customer care this month the service is renewed by IDEA and when I challenged the customer care the person said this is 3rd party software.


But I fail to understand even though it is 3rd party software primary responsibility lies with Idea as the primary service provider is Idea cellular.


I think this is another subtle way to harass the customer and Idea finds sadistic pleasure bleeding the customer(meaning giving high billing to customer)


Is there any way to solve the problem( I am thinking to take this to consumer court now).
