Heyy Guys, Today I’m sharing my experience with all you which I have done with IDFC Bank. IDFC is a worst bank everService Of IDFC-First of all, I would like to tell you something about the service of IDFC Bank. Service of IDFC is not so good according to me. They are not providing any useful service to their customers. Recently I took a Net-Banking of this Bank, which is not working good. And when you try to pay online then you have to face many of problems. It’s Net-Banking takes too time to process, which is totally time consuming method in my opinions.Behave Of Staff-On the other Hand, Behaviour of the Staff is nit so good. They talk very rudely. If you’re trying to ask any question, they not reply you easily. if you want a answer of your question then you have to ask them 3 or 4 times, after that they will reply you.No Facility of ATM and Bank Branch-One thing more about IDFC is there’s no ATM service near by you. You have to go in other ATM and sometimes it’s works or sometimes it’s not. There is no Branch of this Bank is near by you too may be. It’s really hard to find out the Bank branch. Sometimes we do need to deposit some money in our account but because of no branch is near by you it’s became difficult.Interest On Loan-IDFC is a Private bank that all we know better. if you want to take any of Loan like Home Loan, Car Loan etc they charges too much Interest that Mango people cannot take the advantage of the loan.Don’t Tell Us Solution-One day, I was in the ATM. I go for to take the money. Suddenly Electricity was gone. My transaction was just about to complete but because of electricty problem I was not able to taje my money. So I go to the branch to find out the solution. I told them about what I faced. They was just ignoring me. And didn’t tell me the solution.Solution From This Bank-If you want a Solution, then open your account in other Banks like State Bank Of India, Punjab National Bank, HDFC etc because their service, behaviour, interest on loan is less then IDFC. There’s no problem of ATM. They are well educated and well known to the problems that how to solve it.So I recommend you guys don’t go for open a account in this Bank.
