The mobile or phone banking of this bank is just worst and useless.The phone banking application got crashed many times when we uses it.
The ATM’S of this bank is not available everywhere and there will no atm is found nearby area around my home.So we have to used the atm of other banks.
Internet banking is also very very bad.It shows SERVER DOWN many times which create a lots of problem.So the customer is out from this bank.
The customer service of this bank is average only because most of the employees is lazy in their work amd do theri work very very late.
