Reaching out to you for a very serious concern which led to mental harassment of a consumer & impacting consumer credibility.

On dated 01-Oct-2021 a phone was bought(Samsung) worth 18, 140 INR from Flipkart using the Pay later option(facility provided by IDFC First Bank) & order got cancelled by the user within 24 hours. Same was notified to user by Flipkart
Bank didn’t close the account & kept charging customer without any notification which caused an impact on CIBIL score, also the bank marked the consumer as written off CIBIL report.
At a very later stage, consumer got to know about all these things & contacted the bank immediately. Bank didn’t respond in a meaningful way & kept wrong promises to consumer about the closure & rectification.
Scenario 2 #(6151)
Above concern is not the end of story, there is another issue which is unacceptable from any bank.
Consumer didn’t apply for any kind of loan from IDFC Bank but still consumer was marked as written off by Bank on dated 31-Aug-2022 for not paying 70k INR(as per CIBIL Statement – Screenshot attached) which again led high impact on customer financials credit history.
There is no record of loan disbursement in statement as per bank then how consumer can be marked as written off, a big question?
There are basically 2 scenarios as mentioned above. I really need support to get these closed immediately since these open cases are impacting my credit history.
I’m not getting a proper response from the bank even after making so many false commitments which is leading to mental harassment & unnecessary stress in my day-to-day life. I request the bank to provide compensation for all this mess.
