The services and application work as expected. The 0 charges account is good to give peace of mind. They can recover the charges as lower interest rates on savings account if they like, but they do not and instead give higher rates on large amounts.
The customer service is excellent and we get to a real person in just 1-2 steps on call. The people are so well trained that they understand and answer the query correctly even if the query is incorrect or incomplete.
One issue is that after every call to customer service they call for a week to sell loans. The calls usually stop after 1-2 weeks. Another issue is that I have not found the ATM near me to be working even once in the 3 times I have visited it.
Also while opening the account through their application they did not give me an option to choose my branch and they choose the branch that is a bit farther from me even when 2 other branches were available in my area and PIN code.
