Dear Friends, I had gone this Hotel with my family and some guest.
This hotel is famous in Lucknow because of its services and quality.
Although, This hotel provides differents types of food but Chicken biryani is famous of this hotel and it was very tasty as well. Lucknow has nawabi taste itself and their mughlai food also very delicious. The food is little bit expensive in compare to north Indian food.
My all family members enjoy in this hotel. I think all foods are freash and testy.Nawabi touch in food and restaurant was clear and in winter we gulped the food like anything .Green chillies and lemon are used for garnishing .
we ordered chicken chaap.The smell of rose water seemed much more than necessity .
All Staff members behaved very good and expert and managing all customers in outstanding perfection
I think if anyone goes in this hotel, they will feel relax because there atmoshpere are so nice.
Customer service is very good, all staffs gives full respect to Customer. we did not feel any problem in this hotel.
The most important things is that Price is not much more. Customer servise and quality of service is much more in compare of price. Price is affordable.They provide fund transfer service also.
I would recommond this hotel because of their service, Cost/Price and food quality.
