There is no Employee satisfaction in this company. It’s a jail. We can’t go outside the premises, Working Hours are 10 hrs and no emergency leave possible. Washrooms are worst than Sulabh Soachalye. Unpaid food is worst than jail food, only 30% cleaning in the complete premises. One of the vast premises, out of 15 mins break it took 7 mins to walk from our place to cafeteria.
Only 2 water cooler in the complete organisation I have seen. We are not allowed to carry shoulder bags only hand bags are allowed. Unique: The only company which provides 12 Earned leaves
