Pros:
Hiring process is easy.
Multiple Process
Both voice and non voice process are available,
Both International and Domestic process are there in Ienergizer
Cons:
Cafe teria is not good need more space and vendor also need improvement in food quality,
Cab facility is not available for all employee and process. think
Increment is vary process to process and for domestic its negligible.
At the end I want say, start carrier with ienergizer but learn and keep on going.
