Ienergizer is a big BPO company located in Sector-60, Noida, it has many domestic and international processes. I joined this organisation in 2016 and that was the worst decision, though there are hundreds of reasons that I can give to not join this organisation but I have listed some good ones below:
1.They will ask you for your original marksheet, if you have to join the organisation you have to submit your original documents which they keep for 3-4 months to avoid employees from absconding, and to get your documents back you have to remind and follow up with your TL everyday, they misplaced one of my friends'doc I was lucky that I got mine.
2.Work culture and environment is pathetic, people first smoke weed inside the premises and than start their work.
3.No job security, the only way to secure your job is to spend time with any manager, go for night parties with them and then you will get free downtime and if you are not one of those than you have to cry even for genuine downtime due to system issue or non availability of work station which is quite common there.
Unnecessary Deduction from salary, even if you don't eat the unhygienic food there there will be a deduction of Rs. 1000 from your salary, its like a donation that you have to give every month.
since this was my first job and to avoid any stability issue in my career I somehow managed to work for 1 year there but than after a year I decided to switch I got to know that its a blacklisted company hence the experience of this company can not be considered everywhere.
They don't abide by any law, shift is for 10 hours with a log in time of 9 hours, and then after making you work for this long they force you to do overtime.
I would never recommend anyone to work in Ienergizer.
