I already used Hitachi Ace follow me and Carrier, where I spent more money and both are good.
Now I want to try another brand. I went to multiple shops and reviewed so many brands like Samsung, Sharp, Hitachi lower end model, Carrier, LG.
During my review, I found only IFB don’t have any complaints with less reviews. Finally, I short listed Hitachi Kampa and IFB, and went for IFB.
Reasons:
-I can save Rs.8000 and more
-6 Stage Filteration
-Same copper
-More service centers
-New Titan-Gold coating
-Covers more air flow distance
-They promised 40% energy saving
IFB ACs came in to market only 2 yrs back (I hope so) and I want to try new AC.
The moment I got the AC customer service is too good and installation done with in few hours. I got the following message once billing is done "Thanks for patronizing IFB. Your ticket No. is*. IFB representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call 18604255678(MTNL/BSNL)/39004321."
Let me add more pros and cons as wel.
Pros:
-Less money, more cooling
-Sound level is less
-Airflow is more and covers long distance
-Quickly cooling
-Handy remote and it is glowing in night
-Indoor and outdoor design is good
-Power consumption is less
-Options like sleep mode, super cool mode, economy mode, time to on and off the AC, only fan operation, auto mode.
-Display quite good in the body.
-Air flow to the roof and reduces heat quickly
Cons:
-Airflow does not cover 180 degree. It covers about 40-150.
-Options are less so is the rate.
-During night display is too bright and night lamp not required
Overall, the purpose of cooling the room will be resolved quickly with less energy. Go for it.
