Hello All I am writing about the IFB 23Ltr 23BC4 Convection Microwave Oven Black.IFB is a World class brand that most of us using their brands
We purchase the IFB 23Ltr 23BC4 Convection Microwave Oven Black from Market. with one year onsite warranty dealer give the very good demo and installation of this product we were happy with the quality and performance, that is fine for us.
After six month its panel was stop working, due to some issue, we thought its under onsite warranty and we can call the support we called they were unable to send the technician,
After 15 days technician comes, and he was unable to find the issue, at the end he says we need to change the full front panel and it will be chargeable, but we said him its under warranty, he was not ready to repair the panel
and he was asking for money Rs.2600 for replace the front panel.
We refuse his offer and contact the service center again they were also unable to solve our issue so we contacted a local technician and he repair the front panel in just 10 minutes, and even refuse to take money because its just a small issue, but we give him Rs.100
So you people can think what is the difference Rs2500. This is our personal experience, we are happy with product but service is very poor
