This microwave looks good, has good features and worked great for the first 2 years. I had bought it from Metro Cash n Carry, Kolkata about 3yrs back. I used to bake cakes in it from time to time.
But after two years there were recurring problems.
First* the door refused to lock, it was repaired eventually. A spring had come out loose. Then the plate rotor stopped working. It was changed too. Then now finally the Keypad works partially. And as it is now out of warranty, the repair cost seems too high. So I use the microwave to just heat stuff since there’s no response from the specialized buttons.
I guess they don’t make things as good as they used to before.
