We bought this microwave along with our washing machine.
The microwave works okay but got some rust on the front side off the body (where doors matches with the body) within 6 months. also the light inside blew out within the same time frame. Complained - we were asked to buy a bulb and replace it or wait till god knows when. Rust - they couldn’t do anything about it.
Its not worth the price at all, could have considered if the price was lower. Food takes longer to cook (initially it was ok). Service doesn’t care how your equipment works, they are only interested in selling accessories like cheap sales men and this is not region specific, we had the asme experience in Kolkata as well as Delhi/ Noida.
Overall its not a good buy, Also we never could use the convection as directed in their guide.
