Guys, If you are planning to buy IFB washing machines, my advice is PLEASE DONT. though I am not against the products, but their aftersales services are worst. For simply installation, they take atleast 4-5 days to visits. Over the top, their service guys are absolutly pathetic and rude. They simply wont tell u everything about the product. The guy who came to my house marely took 2-3 min for unpacking, installation, demo.everything. Its pathetic
