Hi, I have been using an IBN machine from last 6 years. The quality of machine is good there is no doubt it. Deep clean, aqua spa therapy, wash system is good. But their service is very bad, IFB making lots of delay for complaint recovery, no satisfaction after attending service also. Technician doesn’t known about the repair. Overall all things are good but service is very worst.
