Why Aren't They Cheaper?

Have you noticed the prices of dishwashers are more than that of washing machines,

in spite of their having similar programs, sizes and looks,

and in spite of the dishwasher having a cheaper compartment than the washing machine’s?

Even if you are a family of 4, the number of clothes you’ll wash will be more than the number of dishes you’ll need to clean

on any given day of the week.

If then the usefulness of the dishwasher is lower than that of a washing machine, why don’t they price it lower?

So that more households will want to buy it, and be able to afford it...

Giving that lady of the house a little more leisure to snuggle up to her man

And have a little more happiness than she’s getting today!

Are the dishwasher manufacturers watching this space?
