Machine came as broken. Requested replacement from IFB. IFB has provided worst customer service. Called IFB customer care for 7 days every day 5 times speaking to all, but everybody passed issues to others. Even escalation department is worst. I would never suggest to buy this or any IFB product. Wasted 50000rs. And now within one month of buying the machine, the product has stopped working with clear malfunctioning/failure of its digital parts. Despite complaint to IFB no service engineer has turned up even after 2 days and they claim service within 24hrs. Such a pathetic service from IFB.
