My experience is very similar to praps. I bought the IFB Digital in July 2005. Ive had multiple problems already. The current episode is going on for 5 weeks now. After the first visit for this problem, the part they needed was not available for 3 WEEKS. Finally, when they got that part, another part was not available for 4 or 5 days. Atleast 7 or 8 visits have been made in the past 5 weeks. Each time, the engineer leaves saying he either needs a part or that he got the wrong part. Invariably, he doesnt return that day.
Finally, a week ago they got it supposedly working. But today, it broke down in a terrible way. The front door just BURST OPEN & water flooded half my hall !
Overall, their level of expertise is very POOR and no one seems to be accountable. The Customer Service number gives you all kinds of Mobile numbers, if you want to escalate. The managers who have these mobiles never pick up their phones.
Im a working mother of 2 kids & this piece of machine has taken away my peace of mind. I havent had a more FRUSTRATING experience in recent time.
