I am using IFB Elina for last two years. this was my Fist Washing Machine hence I was ver Keen to buy it again as well and recommended to my friends also.
I am not an extensive user hence apart from Technical issues I have never faced problems.
Recently I tried to renew My AMC and I found that the company is a Bunch of cheaters.
The Service engineers are more Interested in selling instead of rectifying the problems. and company own staff defy’s the Information Published on their own website. they will tell you an entirely different story as you have already purchased the product and invested a huge amount you have nothing to do.
I have LG at My Native Place and the Kind Of service Support they Give is far better.
I Highly recommend that before Investing your Money In IFB Pls Check the Service support for other companies as well Product is good and durable. but nothing great in terms of washing. Cliff & colours you have to wash on your own. I have tried all the detergents.
And highly recommend that don’t buy IFB. if you wont get after sales service then what is the use.?
