Customer dances to their tunes

I lodged a complaint for non-working fully automatic IFB SX elite washing machine on 06.07.2016. Complaint no. 18059405 was allotted. Since that day I have been repeatedly calling twice a day at the customer care and the service centre but all are helpless due to unavailability of the part. The machine is still under warranty and the model is not obsolete so how can the company not make available the parts of it? Why customer is made to suffer? Why can’t the company be penalised for slackness in after sales? These are not customer friendly policies of IFB, the so called globally present. How much time should be taken for transporting a part from their Okhla office?


The last time there was also the breakdown even then I was made a shutlle-cock for 5-6 days. I do repent on my decision of purchasing IFB microwave too. Either I have to dispose it off before any breakdown or the future seems very tough for me? I have not experienced such a casual approach in after sales that too for the product under warranty.
