Poor CUstomer Service

My M/c is having a problem and same was reported to IFB Customer cell on 24/5/02 vide IFB complaint no. GL0056930. I also gave IFB the water timings in my Society so that the visit shouldn’t be made when the water is not there.


To my surprise, the IFB Tech Mr Rai came on 24/5 at 1730 hrs. He was told that water will come at 1800 hrs and he has 2 wait. However he had to take another call in Powai & said he will be back by 1900 hrs. (Water timing in the even is 1800 onwards). That was the last we saw of him. SInce then we have made repeated complaints to IFB but no one has come to attend the problem. My M/C is under Warranty. IFB 24hr Helpdesk no. is always ringing but noone responds.


I would like the users to be aware of the poor customer service of IFB when they make a buying decison. Atleast I am repenting.
