My customer id is 10811466 and my complaint ticket no. is 15161868, this complaint was made on 21st March early morning and till today no one has visited or even called and I have received no mail / sms on the status.
I have called Customer care to follow up on 23rd, 24th and 25th only to listen to bullshit excuses and I also called one Ms. Preeti of service centre which was switched off, another number of one Mrs.Niti did the same. Is this how you treat your customers(once they have bought your products)? I am really frustrated! Better get your act right and resolve this asap!
