Worst Customer Service

This is regarding my recent purchase of the IFB MAxDry 5.5 kg machine. I placed a request  on Thursday. We were promised installation within 24 hours. However, all the promises made have not been fulfilled.


One technician called on Friday and promised that he would come and install the machine at 5pm. He did not show up and refused to take our calls.


On Saturday the second technician promised to come by evening. He also did not show up and refused to take our calls.


On Sunday the third technician was supposed to come by 9 am. It is now 11:30 am and he has also not come despite promising service today and confirming his availability. He has also turned off his phone and is not taking our calls.


Whenever we call the customer service helpdesk, we are promised that you will call back with a solution and then nothing happens. Now we have been told that someone will come on Monday morning 9 am.


I am fed up with the lack of commitment to SLAs. Your company clearly has no care for customers or their availability. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company in recent years. I
