I bough this microwave in October 2009. On delivery we were told that someone will visit us for demo. After one week a gentleman came and opened the box and plugged the Microwave to power supply. Wow..what an experience. The product didn’t move. So after lot of struggle and shame he informed us that this piece need to be replaced. Alright, what other option do we had?
After one month of follow up, the piece was replaced and again we were told that we should wait for the Demo man. This time he never reached us, so after waiting for another 6 weeks, we opened it and installed it. It worked and worked very well for 2 days. Afterwards, the same problem as the first one. Now we have lodged a complaint and following up with their excellent(read pathetic) call center and regional Sales head (Mr. Tamin) and no reply.

You may wish to buy their product and try the support with above presumption. Hopefully your equipment will work fine and you won’t need to experience.
