Hi friends today I will tell you about IFB neptune DX . If you guys wanna buy this dishwasher then you should read my review once definately may be it will change your point of view . I had purchased this dishwasher from the nearest electronic market for my mother to use with a hope that it is very useful for kitchen work and will definately help my mother for cleaning crockery items about a month ago .in the beginning about 10 to 15 days it is operating very fluenty and creating no problem but slowly slowly after some time it suddenly start vibrating which lead to broken of crockery items . I complaint for it but they didn’t pick and I tried daily and after for 10 days continously they answer my call and I tell them all my issue and then said that they have registeredthese complaints and there representative will come after 4 days this is not enough .they send there representative after 14 days which is very late as compare to there given time this is not one time problem , its inner capacity is quite low which is not suitable even for 6 members of the family it’s looks and design is not so different it looks similar to other dishwasher that is rectangular in shape .its electricity consumption is very high which will effect your pocket huge at last I will say that this product is not suitable for medue to less capacity , regular problem and poor sale and customer services.
