I am a business man and my wife is also working, we bought the IFB dishwasher(neptune model) -unfotunately, and now we are mentally upset because of our bad decision.
Having complained in the month of january 2007, still (april 2007)the service personal is not able to rectify the problem. The manager Mr.Elumalai incharge of the chennai area is also not bothered about the complaint. He is telling me, if you want to go to consumer court you can go, we are not bothered.
If people of this attitude is working as service department manager, there is no wonder the machines will be of bad quality and poor service support.
Good lesson for byuing products of international repute.
IFB is a good example for ALL THAT GLITTERS ARE NOT GOLD.
If any one is planning to buy a IFB product, be careful in selecting the products, and for those who have already purchased, better luck next time.
