Now after 11 months a Magentic Valve gets spoilt and this is what I dealt with...

On Tuesday, 28 Nov my IFB Neptune Dishwasher stopped working. I logged a complaint at the IFB call centre and mentioned below is the harassment I faced. Complaint Number - 613753
Complaint logged at the IFB class centre. // Second call made to service personnel Amarendra that we have logged a complaint to pls check and plan visit.
Complaint number 613753 logged at service personnel to visit me on Wednesday morning.
Service personnel, Amarendra, arrives after 8pm. Checks the washer and advises that a part, MAGNETIC VALVE, is spoilt and needs to be replaced

Call centre advises that issue has been raised with Khanpur service centre and they are looking into the matter

Informed that part shall be at the centre at 5pm and since no service man would be available this can only be fixed on Monday. I asked her why not on Sunday says we don’t work on Sundays so no way this can be fixed. After a lot of argument regarding service polices and customer satisfaction , AMC etc I agree to Monday 2pm

Amarendra announces that wrong part received. This cannot be fixed today
I then had to take this issue to the Business head and at 1700 hrs 07dec my dishwasher is still broke :(
