I am troubled again third time in a row, New PCB replaced is showing error DB9 and stopping washing machine.
I have reported service request -1100611418 on 13th Aug, no resolution till now, on 15th technician called Mr. Manu visited and told us that it’s problem with PCB which was replaced and he said he would call us on Monday, I tried calling him back no response and his number not reachable switched off.
Can some one help me in resolving my PCB problem once for all.
Pls give me some relief with my IFB washing machine. from June every month we have issue, this is third time I am getting troubled due to replacement of PCB which is in-compatible with the Machine.
