I have been using IFB senator 6kg(with 4 years warranty) for more than three years. Except for occasional hiccups once in 6 months or so which were promptly attended by service personnel, there was no major problem.
My machine suddenly decided to stop working and I registered complaint(no.10944882, date 27-10-2013). It has not been attended till date in spite of several phone calls. I feel totally cheated by the company as it is impossible to contact any one in the company.
There is no email id for costumer service. The call center keeps giving stock reply that the complaint will be attended in 24 hours. Now almost 170 hours are gone and there is no service.
