We have been an IFB loyal customers for many years now. Two years ago we purchased a Senator Dx. Initially we had a satisfying experience using it, but the machine is extremely prone to break downs and is not supported by a proper service.
This year pur machine broke down in Aug and we made an official complaint to the IFB service station on Aug 12. Today is Aug 27. Till date the only update we get from them is that the parts are coming from the Goa factory.
I don’t understand how can it take so long for parts from come from Goa. In spite of speaking with the head of North and posting complaints on their website, there has been no movement and we are started without a machine.
