IFB very poor service try to sell repaired spares, Reported complaint on May 19th, technician visited and told PCB has some issue, then after week fallow up he came back with PCB, fortunately I saw the PCB before he trys to install it on our washing machine, it’s repaired or refurbished, he argued with me saying that’s how IFB new PCB comes like, he is trying to sell it to me for Rs6000+,
Never expected reputed companies trying to cheat customers like this.
Still waiting for my complaint to resolve, 20Days done, not sure how many more weeks, months IFB needs to address there customer.
Story continues.I am in trouble after 3 weeks.
IFB sells me refurbished PCB for RS 6000, PCB of some different m/c with different timings and program sold to me, five year old PCB which was there in machine never had a wire soldered, but as per technician latest PCB comes with all crap wires soldered on it.
Within 3 weeks, washing machine doesn’t work, water intake has problem, pre wash doesn’t works.
