I am living with a problem more than 2 years, Balancing stone displaces and machine stops every two months of operations and every 2 months my machine gets a month rest as the service person turns up and fixes temporarily after a month of compliant.
I am not convinced to dispose this machine as it is covered under prepaid AMC till 2015.
One cannot see such lethargic service organization in any part of world. What ever language you use in customer care they never bother to react and take effort to fix the problem permanently. I still wonder how this organization survives.
