I bought an IFB Senorita Plus washing machine 1 year back in Bangalore. Now I am facing some problem with the machine and I am not able to use the machine for the last 3 weeks. I am so much disappointed with the after-sale service IFB is providing. Iam getting better service from govt. dept like BESCOM, BSNL than these folks. I logged a complaint on 23rd January 2007, and yet to get it repaired. Whenever I call IFB, I am getting a the same reply, will be attended today itself.
They sent some people, to check my machins, and every time, I met with new new problems with my machine, I think they are running another technical training institute parallely and made my machine as their training work-shop.
I used to get lots of senior peoples number, but most of them are switched-off or not picking up, I dont know where these guys in working hours also.
I spoke to Mr.Eishwar on 9986506137, most of the time switched off OR hell not pick-up, then I spoke to another SENIOR OFFICER, Mr. Raja on 9341929394, once he picked the phone and told, he was driving, and told that hell be calling back in 30 min., but when I called him after 1 hr, he picked the phone and disconnected, after that he didnt pick the phone.
When I called him Today, hes telling some auditing is going on, So I need to wait and its only 2 weeks gone, as if 2 weeks is nothing to them.
I invested around Rs, 17, 000.00 and if I am not able to use my machine, whats the use.
Customer care folks are very optimistic and raise your confidence by repeatedly telling that, your complaint will be attended today itself.
Now I am thinking, the money I spent to call these people, I could have bought another washing machine.
So those who are planning to buy a washing machine, think twise before going with IFB. You will be lucky, if your machine is working fine, but once you need a service you will come to know about the bad decision you made.
