But nowadays, the quality is not coming Good.The clothes are looking very dull after the wash.Mind you, the same ones are coming nicely with hand wash.Especially the white fabrics are so dull that all started complaining why I am so badly dressed.The wash powder we use is Surf Excel Automatic.
There is no survey or feedback taken from IFB from their customers.The way company treats is customers should change a lot and it should take advantage of the technology in meeting the customer points o view.
